摘要
以N ,N′ 二 (2 氨乙基 )草酰胺合镍 (Ⅱ )Ni(oxen)为单核片断合成了桥联双核配合物 [Ni(oxen)Cu(bpy) 2 ](ClO4 ) 2 ·H2 O ,通过元素分析、摩尔电导、IR、UV、热分析等对其结构进行了表征 ,通过单晶衍射测定了其晶体结构 。
Bridged binuclear complexes exist widely in many i mp ortant electronic transform processes of metal enzymes.Therefore,in recent years ,the bridged binuclear coordination chemistry has been one of the most active re search fields.In this work,we prepared a complex N,N′-bis(2-amino ethyl)oxamido nickel( Ⅱ)as a mononuclear ligand,and synthesized a Ni(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ)binuclear complex wi th copper perchlorate and 2,2′-bipyridyl(bpy)in methanol,[Ni(oxen)Cu(bpy) 2 ](ClO 4) 2·H 2O.Its crystal structure was given in Chart 1 and Table 1.By the single crystal structure it was proved that Ni(Ⅱ)ion in the complex was four-coordinatied with four nitrogen atoms from Ni(oxen),forming square plana r geometry,and the Cu(Ⅱ)ion was six-coordinatied with two oxygen atoms from N i(oxen),four nitrogen atoms from two bpy moleculars forming a distrorted octahe dran.Six atoms(O 1,O 2,C 3,C 4,N 2,N 3)at the bridge position were in the same plane,bridging the Ni(Ⅱ)and Cu(Ⅱ)ions.Elementary analysis,conductivity,IR spectra and UV spectra were used to ch aracterize the complex.The chemical entity was tested against colibacillus and S taph.aureus and it had significant antibacterial activity.It is necessary to s tudy the activity further.
