摘要
论述了基准转换 (旋转法 )方法 ,在发动机凸轮升程误差评定中的应用。通过检测实例 ,简述了凸轮检测基准的转换过程和升程检测数据的处理方法。考虑到已配备了计算机和尚未配备计算机的检测需要 ,同时给出了用函数计算器和计算机进行基准转换处理程序。用函数计算器转换计算简便准确 ;用计算机转换处理 。
s:The application of reference transforming (rotation) way in evaluating the lift-range error of engine cam is discussed. By some inspection examples, the paper briefed the process for transforming cam inspection reference and processing way of lift-range test data. Considering the inspection demand with computer and without computer, reference transforming process programs by using function calculator or computer are given. By using a function calculator, it is easy to calculate; and by using a computer to transform and process, one can display or print the process results.
