摘要
目的 研究白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )以及其受体和雌激素受体 (ERα或 β)在大鼠垂体前叶的共存。 方法用种属特异性抗体 (兔抗大鼠ERα或IL 2Rβ,羊抗大鼠ERβ或IL 2抗体 )进行免疫细胞化学双重染色。 结果 在大鼠垂体前叶有ERα、ERβ、IL 2和IL 2Rβ免疫反应细胞 ,ERα位于胞核内 ,IL 2和ERβ免疫反应物质位于胞浆内 ,IL 2Rβ位于胞膜。ERα或 β和IL 2共存于同一细胞 ,ERα和IL 2Rβ无共存 ,而ERβ和IL 2Rβ共存。 结论 在大鼠垂体前叶ER和IL 2以及膜受体IL 2Rβ和核受体ERβ共存于同一细胞 。
Objective To study the colocalization of estrogen receptor α or β with interleukin\|2 and its receptor in the anterior pituitary of rats. Methods The double labeling immunohistochemical technique was applied by using specific antibodies(rabbit anti\|rat ER α or IL\|2R β antibodies,goat anti\|rat ERβ or IL\|2 antibodies). Results There exist ERα,ERβ,IL\|2,IL\|2Rβ immunoreactive (ir) cells in the anterior pituitary respectively.ERα\|ir production was shown in the nucleus.IL\|2\|ir and ERβ\|ir cells were stained in the cytoplasm while IL\|2Rβ\|ir material on the cell membrane.ERα or β colocalized with IL\|2, ERβ, ERα was not coexisted with IL\|2Rβ. Conclusion ER could coexist with IL\|2 or its receptor in the anterior pituitary,which implies that there is an immunoendocrine network in the anterior pituitary of rats.
