摘要
糖尿病神经源性膀胱临床表现为小便淋漓不尽 ,尿涩不利 ,可归入中医淋证范围认识。其主要病因病机是肾虚湿热 ,治疗宜分辨肾虚的性质 ,灵活运用温肾、补肾、益肾 。
Professor Lin believes that the causes of diabetes urinary bladder is deficiency of kidney Yin and damp heat.Treatment based on clearing away heat and promoting diuresis,relieving strangaria by diuresis.
