摘要
目的 :研究肺癌及肺部一般炎症患者外周血细胞免疫的变化及临床意义。方法 :采用流式细胞术 (FCM )对35例原发性肺癌、38例肺部一般炎症患者的外周血CD3、CD4 、CD8、CD16+ 56进行定量检测。结果 :恶性肿瘤患者外周血CD4 、CD4 /CD8、CD3、CD15+ 16均显著性低于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;而CD8则上升 (P <0 0 5 ) ,均有统计学意义。肺部一般炎症患者外周血CD3、CD4 、CD4 /CD8较健康人降低 ,CD8则升高 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而CD16+ 56较健康人也降低 ,但 ( 0 0 1<P <0 0 5 )。肺癌患者外周血CD3、CD4 、CD4 /CD8、CD16+ 56较肺部一般炎症患者著性降低 (P <0 0 1) ,而CD8则升高 ( 0 0 1<P <0 0 5 )。结论 :流式细胞术可作为检测免疫功能的有效方法。肺癌患者存在细胞免疫功能降低 ;CD8上升 ,可能与Ts及肿瘤刺激Tc同时增高所致 ;肺癌患者的免疫抑制远较肺部一般炎症强 ;肺癌患者NK细胞的降低较肺部一般炎症患者明显的多 ;在临床中动态地观察各项细胞免疫指标 ,对判断病情。
Objective\ To investigate immune function of the cell in the peripheral blood and it's meaning in the clincial practice,who suffer from lung cancer or common inflammation of lung.Methods:Using flow cytometry and monclonal antibodies to evaluate T lymphocyte subsets NK cells of peripheral blood in 30 normal,35 patients with lung cancer and 38 patients with common inflammation of lung.Results:The CD 3,CD 4 T cells and helper/suppressor radio (CD 4/CD 8),CD 56+16 were significantly lower (P<0 01) and CD 8 T cells was significantly higher (P<0 05) in patients with lung cancer than in normal controls.The CD 3,CD 4,CD 8 T cells and helper/suppressor radio (CD 4/CD 8) were no significant difference in patients with common inflammation of lung to the normal controls (P>0 05),but CD 56+16 low have difference (0 01<P<0 05).The CD 3,CD 4 T cells and helper/suppressor radio (CD 4/CD 8),CD 56+16 were significantly lower (P<0 01) and CD 8 T cells was significantly higher (0 01<P<0 05) in patients with lung cancer than in patients with common inflammation of lung.Conclusions:Flow cytometry is an efficient method for detecting immune function.Lung cancer have an obvious decress immune function;The raise of CD 8+T-cell may be flowed the raise of Ts and Tc which is raised by the stimulation of tumor.The depression of immune function is much more obvious in the patients who suffer from lung cancer than that who suffer from common inflammation of lung and the decression of NK-cell is also.It must be very useful in the clinical practices to evalute the immunocyte in peripheral blood in order to judge the disease and it's curative effect,prognosis and it can also provide a basis for the immunotherapy of lung cancer.\;
