大采高综采工作面支架—围岩系统监控

摘要 介绍了邢台东庞矿大采高综采面以顶板最大冒高、冒长/面长、初撑力、端面距为独立指标,对支架——围岩系统进行监控的方法。该法有效地降低了支架——围岩系统的事故率,大幅度地提高了工作面产量。 In order to dispel the accidents of roof falls and facespalling, caused by lift up, jostle with, upside down ofcanopy and incline or support, the support-surroundingrock monitoring system in fully mechanized mining faceof high mining height coal seam is performed. Based onactual measurement in the field, simulated test with simi-lar material, simulative calculation by computer and theo-retical analysis, the independent indexes for moniteringare: maximum height of roof caving, the ratio of cavinginterval and face length, initial working resistance, bar-tip-to-face distance etc.. The reasonable range of indexis determined by computer processing thc monitoring dataand combined with actual conditions. Then, the roof dy-namica and supporting state in coal face are presented bydaily report, and finally, it will be evaluated and themeasures needed to be taken will be suggested. For a re-sult, accident rate in supporting-surrounding rock systemwas efficiently decreased, the goal that raise of capacityof utilized machine and productivity per face werereached.
