The influence of extraction temperature,extraction time and bran/water ratio on the extraction rate of active polysaccharides in bran was studied by an orthogonal experiment.The results showed that with the extraction condition of 100℃,3h and 1∶20(bran/water ratio),the polysaccharides yield was pretty high.
