摘要
本文采用车贝雪夫正交多项式展开法拟合杭州降水场,并利用“埃尔—尼诺”事件对杭州降水的影响规律对理论拟合值作订正,进而作出用加年前的旱涝等级预报。
In this paper, the orthogonal expansion of Chebyshev polynomial is used to fit the Hangzhou rainfall field, and the theoretical fitting value is corrected by the rule of influence of El Nino events on the rainfall of Hangzhou. In this way, the forecast of drought and flood class is made
up to the year of 2000.
