摘要
西部大开发工程已经启动 ,新的世纪已经来临。青海师大以什么样的姿态面对机遇与挑战 ,本文试图从教育教学改革的个案分析出发 ,给出回答。认为 ,必须以提高教育质量 ,培养创新人才为宗旨 ,突出教学中心地位 ,唱响教学主旋律 ,努力把青海师大建成具有先进水平的省内一流高校。
With the coming of the new century, Western Development Project has begun.How to grasp the historical opportunity and challenge for Qinghai Normal University will be known from the analyzes of the Educational Teaching Reform’s cases in this article. The aim is to improve the educational quality, to educate the human resources and to construct the Qinghai Normal University to be the premiere provincial university.
