摘要
本文测定上海市363份不同年龄发硒和100份新疆、浙江、四川老年人发硒,从而讨论发硒与长寿关系。并通过对发硒和血脂代谢观察发现发硒与TC和LDL-C呈明显负相关,可能有益于心血管疾病的防治。
Hair selenium level of 100 cases of elderly were studied and compared with 363 adults. The results showed that to hair selenium level were unrelated to age and longevity. Selenium in hair of 28 elderly in Sichun province were lower than that of other provinces. Selenium in hair were reversed-relationed to TC and LDL-C, as the linear regressive equa- tion showed that Y=285. 2351--72. 7289 x, (Selenium and TC), and Y=235. 8774--98. 9830 x, (Selenium and LDL-C)
