摘要
通过对SG4陶瓷刀具的成份、组织、性能的分析,以及对各种切削参数的选择分析,证明了SG4陶瓷刀具用于切削柴油机进气阀密封锥面处钴基合金的合理性,从而为生产实践提供了更加可靠的理论依据。
Through the analysis of ingredient,framework and property of SG4ceramic cutter,and the analysis of cutting parameters choice,the rationality of SG4ceramic cutter used in cutting the cobalt-base alloy of sealing con-ical face of diesel engine inlet valve is proved,and service support is provided for production.
