摘要
针对单机无穷大母线联络线中间带静止同步补偿器 (STATCOM )的电力系统 ,建立了统一的状态空间模型 ;并在此基础上 ,应用信息结构约束下的LQ最优控制理论和算法 ,得到输出反馈的STATCOM与机组励磁的最优分散协调控制器 ;应用数字仿真研究它们在系统受到大小扰动下的控制性能和特点 ,并与传统的电压偏差PID励磁调节器进行了比较。结果表明 ,协调控制器能大大地提高系统的静态和暂态性能 ;由于控制器采用输出反馈 ,并仅基于本地测量 ,是完全分散的 ,故其实现代价低、可靠性高 ,易于工程实际应用。
For a single machine infinite bus power system with STATCOM connected at the electrical mid point of the equivalent transmission line, a unified and extended linear state space system model is firstly formulated by linearizing around the typical operating point. Then, the structural constraint of the extant PID exciter regulator is taken into account to get the output feedback decentralized and coordinated control strategy based on the theory and algorithm of information structure constrained LQ control. Digital simulation is, lastly, fulfilled to demonstrate the characteristics of the obtained control law in the cases of both small and large disturbances. Comparison is also made between it and the traditional PID type AVR. Results show that the proposed controller can enhance a great deal the steady state and transient performance of the power system. The control strategy is applicable for practical engineering because of its decentralization and consequently low cost and high reliability.
