摘要
用 5k W横流 CW CO2 激光器在 1Cr18Ni9Ti与 Cr18Ni12 Mo3Ti阀门零件上熔覆 Ni Cr Fe BSi合金 ,得到了厚 2~ 3.5mm,表面平整光滑 ,组织细密的合金熔覆层 ,并结合熔覆试验 ,分析探讨了激光熔覆层快速凝固过程中的凝固特征 。
This paper investigates laser cladding NiCrBSi Alloy on valve parts of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and Cr18Ni12Mo3Ti base metal with 5kW transvers flow CW CO 2 laser. A 2~3.5mm thick cladding layer with smooth surface and fine microstructure is made.Based on the laser cladding experiment, the solidification feature and solidification microstruture control during rapid solidification is analysed and discussed.
