从激光诱导沉积机理、激光对基底表面性质及金属沉积物性能的影响介绍近年来激光在无电金属沉积中的应用 。
Applications of Laser in electroless inetal depositon is introdueed from Laser induced deposition mechanisms,influence of Laser on properties of substrate surface and metal deposit in recent years.At the same time,the experimental process and advantages of the metal deposition technology is briefly illustrated
