摘要
火电机组性能监测和优化正在成为电厂节能改造、信息管理和优化运行的重要方面。热力系统分析理论是热力系统性能监测和热经济性诊断的有效工具。笔者试图用演绎方法来建立热力系统的分析理论 ,追求在更广泛意义上将等效热降法、循环函数法和矩阵法统一起来的理论。文中利用矩阵理论通过演绎方法从热力系统的广义数学模型出发 ,导出了循环函数法的主要流量关系 ,使热力系统热经济性分析和诊断更加通用、简捷 ,有效。提出了逆向加热单元和加热单元重叠概念。指出加热单元可以看作是混合式加热器的推广。将热力系统节能分析理论成功地统一起来 ,对机组性能监测和运行优化有重要意义。对于所述方法 ,通过例子进行了验证。
The supervision and optimization of operating performance of thermal power plants is becoming an important area of saving energy alteration and information management in thermal power plants, and the analysis theory of thermodynamic systems is an effective tool of performance monitoring and thermal economic diagnosis in thermal power plants. This thesis tries to establish a universal theory on thermodynamic system analysis, which can unify the former ones, such as the Equivalent Enthalpy Method, and the Cycle Function Method, and the Matrix Method and so on. Several main discharge relations are conducted by means of deductive method and matrix theory in order to simplify analysis and diagnosis of thermal economic performance of thermodynamic systems from a generated mathematic model of thermal power plants, which makes analysis and diagnosis of thermal economic performance of thermal power plants more current, and simpler, and more effective. Two new concepts of the Reverse Thermal Unit and the Unit Overlap are introduced to the Cycle Function Method. The Thermal Unit can be regarded as generalization of the concept of Mixed Heater. This paper successfully consolidates the former theories of saving energy analysis of thermodynamic system, which will play an important role in the performance supervision and the operational optimization of power plants. An example was given to illustrate validity of the theory.
