摘要
线路两端电流的同步采样问题是实现数字式电流纵差保护的技术关键之一。为解决这一难题 ,GPS技术被引入电流差动保护。文中对基于 GPS的同步采样实现方案的设计思想、硬件构成和工作原理进行了详细阐述 ;对该方案的同步采样试验结果和所开发的基于 GPS的电流差动保护装置的动模试验结果进行了介绍和分析。试验结果证实了所提同步采样方案的正确性和利用
The synchronized sampling between line terminals is one of the key techniques in implementing digital current differential protection (DCDP) for transmission lines. To solve this fundamental problem. GPS technology is applied to DCDP. This paper describes in detail the scheme of GPS based synchronized sampling, including its design frame, hardware configuration and operational principle. The sampling test results of the proposed scheme are presented and analyzed. The dynamic simulation test results for the developed GPS based current differential relay are also introduced. These tests show the correctness of the proposed synchronized sampling scheme and the feasibility of implementing DCDP using GPS.
