摘要
实际问题的决策中 ,往往需考查多个目标 ,即多目标决策问题 ,其目标要求既有越大越好 ,又有越小越好 ,即目标混合型的多目标决策问题。决策不但有科学性问题 ,还有民主性 ,即群体决策问题。针对上述问题 ,给出群体多目标决策的综合价值系数法 ,并将此法应用于采购决策中 ,收到满意效果。
The multi objective decision problems are those which are often met in real life that make the object the bigger the better,or the smaller the better. The decision is either scientific or democratic,namely,community decision. In this paper ,the method of community multi objective decision is presented,by which the author uses to procure decisions,and the results are satisfactory.
