摘要
用多试样阻力曲钱法和单试样多截面法测定了9Ni%钢焊接接头熔合线在—31℃时的起裂韧性值δ_i;用跨工区试样研究了补焊0~3次后接头(室温时)的最大张开位移δ_m。结果表明,大线能量施焊的熔合线δ_i位高于小线能量施焊的熔合线δ_i,但大线能量熔合线阻力曲线的斜率远小于小线能量的斜率。结果还表明,补焊不会恶化接头的断裂韧性。
Methods both fracture resistance curve of multi-specimen and multl-sectlon of single specimen are used to measure toughness at temperature -31℃ at onset of cracking on fusion line of 9%Ni steel welded joint; the specimens crossed over three zones (namely, weld metal, fusion line. and HAZ, and base metal)are used to measure the maximum opening displacement δ_m at room temperature for the joints which undergo repair welding for 0, 1, 2 and 3 times separately. The results have shown that the value δ_i at fusion line for the specimen welded with high heat imput is higher than those for the specimens welded with normal and low heat imput. But as compared with the slopes of resistance curves of fusion line, the one for the joint welded with high heat imput is far more less than that weldde with low high imput. The results have also shown that the fracture toughness of welded joint will not be deteriorated by repair welding.
