摘要
目的 :观察缺血性脑血管病的凝血、抗凝及纤溶变化及高压氧 (HBO)对其的影响 ,探讨HBO治疗缺血性脑血管病的作用和机理。方法 :72只Wistar大鼠被随机分成正常对照组、缺血组、高压氧组。制作缺血再灌注模型 ,高压氧组每日行HBO处理。分别于缺血再灌注后 1、3、7、14d采血用酶免法测血浆蛋白C(PC)、蛋白S(PS)、D -二聚体 (D -dimer) ,血清抗心磷脂抗体 (ACA)。观察HBO治疗前后以上指标变化。结果 :缺血再灌注后 ,血浆PC、PS活性下降 ,D -dimer含量迅速升高 ,血清ACA变化不明显。高压氧组各数值较缺血组更快恢复正常。结论 :HBO对缺血性脑血管病有治疗作用 ,可减少因缺血、血管损伤引起的凝血、抗凝及纤溶系统异常 ,减轻神经系统损伤 ,预防复发。
Objective: In order to investigate the effects and the mechanism of HBO in treating cerebral ischemia, the changes in coagulation, anticoagulation and fibrinolysis were observed before and after HBO treatment. Methods: Seventy-two W istsr rats were randomly divided into normal control, ischemia, and HBO therapy groups. Model was made of ischemia and reperfusion. HBO therapy group treated wi th hyperbaric oxygen per day. Blood samples were taken for the assay of plasma protein C (PC), protein S (PS), D-dimer and plasma anticuorin antibody (ACA) by e nzyme immunoassay on the first, third, seventh, fourteenth day after ischemia an d reperfusion. The parameters were measured before and after the treatment with HBO. Results: After ischemia and reperfusion, the activity of plasma PC, PS was decreased significantly and the content of D-dimer was increased rapidly, there was no si gnificant change in plasma ACA. Compared with other groups, all parameters recovered quickly in HBO therapy group. Conclusion: HBO is an effective treatment in cerebral ischemia. HBO can effectively ameliorate the abnormality caused by i schemia and vascular injury, in coagulation, anticoagulation and fibrinolysis sy stem, it can also relief the injury to nervous system and prevent from relapse .
