摘要
目的 :采用高效液相色谱法分离测定香荷药条中的小檗碱和巴马亭。方法 :固定相为 BDS C1 8,5μm,4 .9m m× 2 5 0 mmHPL C柱 ;流动相为乙腈—水 ( 1∶ 1,每 10 0 0 m L中含 KH2 PO4 3 .4 g,CH3( CH2 ) 1 1 SO4 Na1.7g) ;检测波长为 3 4 5 nm。结果 :小檗碱的平均回收率为 98.2 3 % ,RSD=2 .17% ,巴马亭的平均回收率为 97.14 % ,RSD=2 .85 %。结论 :该法简便、快速、灵敏 ;结果稳定 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method to determine Berberine and Palmatine in Xianghe Tampon. METHODS: The column was ODS C 18 ,5 μm,4.9mm×250mm, Acetonitrile water(1∶1, containing 3.4g KH 2PO 4 and 1.7g CH 3(CH 2) 11 SO 4Na per 1000ml)was as the mobile phase, The detection wavelength was 345nm. RESULT: The average recoveries of the two constituents were 98.23±2.17% and 97.14±2.85%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method was simple, rapid and sensitive, and its result was stable and with high reproducibility.
