电引发丙烯腈聚合

摘要 以Pb为阴极,Pt为阳极,在特别设计的电解池阴极区内,电引发硝酸溶液中丙烯腈(AN)后聚合。动力学研究表明,聚合速度与电解电量和硝酸浓度成直线关系,与单体浓度的平方成正比。根据聚合物溶液浓度对光密度关系,认为聚合作用是由AN-HNO3络合物在阴极上俘获电子后产生的硝基丙腈自由基所引发。 Polymerization of acrylonitrile was initiated electrochemically in the cath-ode department of a cell which is special design and fitted with Pt anode and Pb cathode.Thestudy of kinetics shows that the polymerization rate is directly proportional to the current auppliedand nitric acid concentration,and to the square of monomer concentration.According to the rela-tionship between the polymer concentration and photodensity.it is considered that the polymeriza-tion is initiated by nitropropionitrile free radicals generated from AN-HNO3 complexes after cap-tured the electrons on the cathode.
