摘要
本文对检测火锅汤料中罂粟壳中生物碱方法作了概述，并着重介绍了近年来一些分析体系的改进和发展，同时指出了当前存在的问题。
A revive with 15 references is presented on the determination of alkaloid of poppy shell in soup materials in chafing dish.Recent advances in analytical systems are discussed in detail.
