摘要
本文初步观察马尾松树脂道的微观结构与功能,并获得完整树脂道的图相,测定了愈合再生割面树脂道数量和树干树脂道分布。为研究松脂形成分泌机理,化学采脂增产机理,产脂力预测,合理采脂得到新的启示和科学依据。
The microscopical structures and functions of the resin canals of Pinus massoniana were preliminarily investigated with scanning electronic microscope. Photos of the intact structure of the canals were taken. The number of the canals on the regenerated face and distribution of resin canals in the trunk were also analysed. The results form a new basis for studying the mechanism of formation and secretion of oleoresin and increasing productivity in chemical tapping; prediction of the productivity of oleoresin and also the formulation of rational tapping methods.
