摘要
目的 观察银杏叶提取物 (Ginkgobilobaleaves ,EGb)在 1 甲基 4 苯基 1,2 ,3 ,6 四氢吡啶 ( 1 methyl 4 phenyl 1,2 ,3 ,6 tetrahyropyridine ,MPTP )诱导的帕金森氏病 (PD)模型中对旋转症状及纹状体中多巴胺 (dopamine,DA )含量的影响。方法 腹腔注射EGb连续 2 0d ,采用大脑立体定位仪向大鼠黑质内注射MPTP诱导旋转 ,观察大鼠旋转情况 ,测定大鼠相关脑区中DA含量的变化。结果 EGb相对增加了纹状体中DA的含量 ,改善了PD的旋转症状。
Objective The aim was to investigate the effect of the extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves (EGb) on the rotation and DA content of the PD model induced by 1 methyl 4 phenyl 1,2,3,6 tetrahyropyridine (MPTP). Methods The EGb were administered by intraperiton for continuous 20 days. On the day 20, the MPTP were microinjected 40μg/kg into the substantian nigra of rat brain, then observed the symptom of rotation and determine the content of dopamine (DA) in the striatum. Results EGb inhibited the reduction of DA at doses of 50mg/kg and 100mg/kg (P<0.05, P<0.01 respectively), and improve the symptom of rotation. Conclusions Present study indicated that EGb have preventive effect on the PD model.
