摘要
提出了一种提高利用CCD相机进行视觉定位的准确度的方法,对该方法的误差情况进行了分析,提出了减小误差影响的策略,对一个实例进行了研究,证明该方法可以极大地提高CCD相机的测量准确度。
In the applicattons of locating measurement, using traditional method, the CCD camera's resolution is limited by the sense element's physical dimension. In this paper, a method that improves CCD camera's locating accuracy is studied. This method does not require changes of the CCD array's physical characteristics.The error model of this method is analyzed and some strategies are proposed to reduce the influence of the stochastic error and discretion arror .A case study is presented .It is proved that this method can improve the accuracy of the CCD camera's locating measurement greatly.
