摘要
对激光超声的研究进展、纳米材料的发展情况以及激光超声对纳米材料的研究概况进行了综述 ,激光发声机理、提高光声转换效率及其检测灵敏度的研究是激光超声研究的三个主要方向 ,纳米材料的结构表征性能测试与评价是发展纳米材料的关键 .
The present paper is a survey of studies in the fields of laser ultrasound, nano-material and nano-material research with laser ultrasonic techniques. Mechanism of laser generated ultrasound, efficiency of light-sound transformation, and sensitivity in measuring the transformation form the main aspects of the ultrasonic studies. Composition properties of nano-materials are the key to the development of the new material.
