转型期国有企业中层管理人员胜任力的研究 被引量:22

摘要 采用问卷调查方法 ,结合采用个别访谈方法 ,对我国转型期国有企业的中层管理人员胜任力进行了研究。重点分析了假设的转型期国有企业中层管理人员胜任力的构成因素 ,以及被调查对象的年龄和学历因素对国有企业中层管理人员胜任力认同的影响。最后 ,得出转型期国有企业中层管理人员胜任力的构成因素 ,并提出相关的几点建议。 By means of questionnaires and individual interviews, this paper studied on the competencies of the middle-level managers in state-owned enterprises in the transition. It focused on the analysis of the assumptive factors that compose the competencies of the middle-level managers, and how the other factors including age and education background of the middle-level managers surveyed affect their views on the competencies. Finally, the study concluded component factors of the competencies of the middle-level managers in the state-owned enterprises in the transition and made some suggestions on how to motivate those middle-level managers who have the competencies in the state-owned enterprises in the transition.
