摘要
本文对轴流脱粒装置凹板分离物诸成分沿轴向的分布规律进行了研究,可供改进轴流脱粒装置和设计相应的清选装置时参考,根据水稻凹板分离物的分布规律,设计了齿排间隔组合式轴流脱粒滚筒,室内试验表明,可减少脱水稻的破碎率,对脱水稻有较好的适应性.
The present paper presented the axial distribution law of the separated things of cocave in axial-flow thresher and the presentation may help to improve the axial-flow thresher and design the finishing device corresponding to the thresher. The rock-intervallic flow drum was designed on the basis of distribution law of separated things of concave in the rice thresher. The lab test has shown that the machine may decrease the smash rate of rice and it could be adapted to the rice threshing.
