摘要 往复式内燃机由于有不平衡往复惯性质量 ,使其振动及噪声随发动机转速增加而迅速增加 加平衡轴的方法可以显著降低高速往复式内燃机的振动和噪声 文中讨论这项技术在直列三、四、五缸及V型六缸发动机上的应用 该技术在国外越来越广泛地应用于轿车用高速往复式内燃机 (汽油机和柴油机 )及拖拉机用柴油机 。 The engine vibration and noise increase with the engine speed due to the reciprocated unbalance mass of reciprocated engines. The vibration and noise of high speed reciprocated engine could be remarkably reduced with balancer shafts. This paper discusses the new development about this technology,which is more and more widely used in high-speed reciprocated engines (gasoline and diesel engines) for passenger cars and diesel engines for tractors in industrialized countries. There are also some engines produced in China with balancer shafts.
