摘要 选用新蛛类的9种蜘蛛作为研究的对象,通过听毛的电镜观察探讨听毛在不同类群的差异。研究结果表明:管网蛛科的北京马蹄蛛的毛窝和听毛显然与中纺类、原蛛类和新蛛类中其他科的种类均不相同。拟壁钱科的居室拟壁钱(有筛器蜘蛛)和北国壁钱(无筛器蜘蛛)的毛窝和听毛的结构相差悬殊,很难看出亲缘上的关系。刺瓣拟隙蛛和机敏漏斗蛛的毛窝差别大,无法表明它们之间近缘。园蛛科和肖蛸科种类的听毛窝和听毛数目表明两者之间近缘。 Trichobothria of nine species of araneomorph spiders belonging to nine genera, eight families wereqs studied on the basal pit of trichobothria under scanning electron microscope and on the distribution of trichobothria on the fourth leg. The result shows that:1. The ultrastructure of trichobothri-um of Pritha beijingensis Song (Filistatidae) is quite different from all those of the species from other seven families; 2. The cribellate species Oecobius cellariorum (Duges) and ecribellate species Uroctea lesserti Schenkcl show different structures in the shapes of pits and trichobothria .though they are now belonging to same family (Oecobiidae) ; 3. There is no similarity between the pits of Paracoelotes spinivulva (Simon) (Amaurobidae) and Agelena difficilis Fox (Agelenidae) .though they are close to each other in the cladogram of phylogeny;4. Pardosa astrigera L. Koch (Lycosidae) resembles several other species in having more trichobothria;5. The cribellate species Octonoba sinensis (Simon) (Ulo-boridae) has fewer trichobothria,only second to the filistatid species; 6. The shapes of basal pits of Araneus ventricosus (L. Koch) (Araneidae) and Nephila clavata L. Koch (Tetragnathidae) are the most similar among all species observed in the study showing the relationship between the two families.
