摘要
对鹰山石化厂污水处理终沉池和刮泥机的改造作了介绍。指出了终沉池和刮泥机在运行中存在的问题，提出了改造的技术措施。将功能单一的刮泥机改造成了具有复合功能的板式刮泥机／管式吸泥机。经过改造后的刮泥机，功能更加完善，结构更为合理，排泥彻底。
： An introduction is made to the retrofit of the sewage final sedimentation tank and the sludge scraper in Yingshan Petrochemical Works， with the problems existing in the operation of the final sedimentation tank and the sludge scraper pointed out and the technical measures for the retrofit presented． After the retrofit， the mono－function sludge scraper has been changed to a multi－function plate－type sludge scraper ／ pipe－type sludge sucker featuring better function， more reasonable construction and thorough sludge discharging．
