急性心肌梗塞患者血中超氧化物歧化酶及脂质过氧化物的动态观察 被引量:11

Changes of superoxide dismutase and lipoperoxide in patients with acute myocardial infarction

摘要 本文研究31例AMI患者血中SOD活性及LPO含量在治疗前及治疗后24小时的动态变化.无论是发病≤6小时者或>6小时者,LPO含量均较正常对照组明显增高,SOD活性明显降低(P<0.01)。LPO异常阳性率较SOD阳性率明显高(83.8%对41.9%,P<0.01)。 LPO含量在治疗前及治疗后24小时有动态变化,SOD的动态变化不显著.提示LPO含量在急性心肌缺血早期即可反映细胞受损变化,其敏感性较SOD为优,其动态变化可能对预后有一定参考意义. Tht changes of blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and lipoperoxide (LPO) content were studied in 31 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The results showed that in patients with AMI, as early as within six hours after the onset of AMI, LPO contents were significantly higher and SOD activity significantly lower as com- pared with the healthy subjects (P<0.01). The positive rate of patients with significantly elevated LPO content (>mean+2SD, 83.3%) was higher than those of atrents with signi- ficantly decreased SOD activity (<mean-2SD, 41.9%) (P<0.01). There were significant changes in LPO before and 24 hours after the treatment, but no significant changes were seen in SOD 24 hours after treatment. The above data indicated that the plasma LPO might reflect the cellu!ar damage in early stage of myocardial ischemia and was a more sensitive index than SOD. Therefore, it is suggested that changes in LPO might serve as a helpful parameter in the diagnosis and evaluation of prognos.s of patients with AMI.
