摘要
采用乳化复合技术制备出粒径为 (5 0~ 375 )mm、分散系数为 0 .2 73 6、Fe3O4 质量分数为38%的具有磁核的淀粉复合微球。微球呈珠形 ,表面光滑 ,在水中可形成稳定的分散液 ,在 0 .0 5T弱磁场中具有强磁响应性。制备微球的最佳条件是 :淀粉用量为 (95 .7~ 178.5 ) g/l,氯化亚铁用量为 (17.79- 88.96 ) g/l,pH >9.
Targeted and magnetic starch composite microspheres have been prepared by precipitation of magnetite from the mixture of ferrous ions and hydrogen peroxide in the presence of starch and Sodium hydroxide. The microspheres, containing magnetite cores surrounded by chemisorbed starch, have(50~375)nm diameter. They have good magnetite responsibility in the presence of magnetite field and dispersion stability in water. Experimental results have indicated that, quantity of starch,and pH value of solution and FeCl 2 have the great effects on forming condition.Optimal mass concentration of starch and FeCl 2 is(95.7~ 178.5) mg/ml and(17.79~88.96)mg/ml separately,optimal pH value of solution equals 9.7.
