摘要
本研究使用盐酸复合催化剂合成四聚乙醛 (Ⅰ )的方法。在该催化剂和温度 - 15~ 15℃下 ,由乙醛 (Ⅱ )聚合生成Ⅰ和三聚乙醛 (Ⅲ )。反应混合物经分离得固体和母液。固体经水洗、稳定和烘干得高纯Ⅰ ;母液中主要含Ⅲ ,在浓硫酸解聚剂和加热下 ,解聚回收Ⅱ。该方法既极大地降低了工艺条件 ,又使Ⅰ得率达 15 %~ 2 0 %。操作简便易行 ,工艺技术先进 。
Metaldehyde(Ⅰ)is obtained in relatively high yields(15%~20%) by polymerizing with acetaldehyde(Ⅱ) in the presence of compound hydrochloric acid catalyst and under temperature between -15?℃ and 15?℃.The reactive mixture is separated into solid and mother solution.Being washed with water steadied with stable agent and dried with heat, the solid is changed into pure Ⅰ.The mother solution is distd. to depolymerize paraldehyde for recovering Ⅱ in the presence of concentrated sulphuric acid and under temperature between 45?℃ and 70?℃.
