摘要
通过反复试验 ,研究了一种新型的化学镀锡工艺 ,获得了半光亮银白色的镀锡层。实验结果表明 :化学镀锡的沉积速度随着温度的升高而增加 ,沉积厚度也随着时间的延长而增厚。同时 ,对镀液中次磷酸钠的初步研究表明 :它能明显提高锡的沉积速度 ,对反应动力学有着积极的促进作用。扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析表明 ,获得的镀层为纯锡镀层。本工艺镀液稳定可靠 ,获得的镀锡层延展性能好 。
A new process of electroless tin plating was studied, and half-bright and silvery-white tin coating is obtained. The results showed that the deposition rate increases with the rise of bath temperature and deposition thickness also increases as the plating time rises. Meanwhile, initial research on the NaH 2PO 2 concentration in the bath shows that it can greatly improve the deposition rate of electroless tin and has the effect of positive promoting reaction dynamics too. In addition, the obtained coating was analyzed by means of SEM and X-ray diffraction, with the results that pure tin deposits were obtained. The coating possesses extensibility and higher adhesive strength with substrate, and the bath is stable and reliable.
