平整机自激振动与轧制界面阻尼特性的关系 被引量:6

摘要 对平整机轧制界面的摩擦学、阻尼特性 ,自激振动机理及振动测试结果进行了分析 ,平整机振动的主要成分是自激振动 ,且自激振动的根源在于轧制界面的负阻尼特性 ,而负阻尼的产生源于轧制界面的粘滑状态与部分弹流膜作用的存在 . By analyzing temper rolling mill of the tribology and damping property of the rolling interface and the mechanism of self excited vibration as well as the results of its vibration measuring, the main part of its vibration is self excited vibration, which results from the negative damping property of the rolling interface which originates from the adhere sliding condition and the action of partially coexisted elastic hydraulic film of the rolling interface. It provides a theoretical basis for solving the product quality problems caused by temper rolling chatter in practical steel strip process.
