摘要 文化是经济和政治的反映 ,经济、政治、文化三者之间是有机统一的关系。就社会主义条件下文化与经济的密切联系而言 ,二者是相互渗透、相互作用、相互影响、相互演进的关系。一个国家的文化是否发达 ,在综合国力中具体表现为文化国力的大小。文化国力是综合国力的有机组成部分 ,“文化力”的地位和作用 ,正在日益强烈地表现出来。文化国力是由多种因素构成的 ,文化国力的增强也要从多方面进行。我国改革开放以来在市场经济大潮中出现的企业文化、商业文化、技术文化、金融文化、生态经济文化、节日文化、文化产业、文化市场等经济文化现象 ,丰富了现代经济文化的内容 ,也推动了文化国力的发展。在这些新的经济文化现象中 ,企业文化是一个非常重要的文化国力构成要素。对企业发展来说 ,文化力是一种强大的内在的驱动力。面对 2 1世纪市场竞争的新挑战 ,惟有大力开发企业文化力 ,企业才能够求生存 ,图发展 。 Culture is the reflection of economy and politics.Economy,politics and culture are unified organically.Under conditions of social market directed economy,the connection between culture and economy is intimate.The mutually stimulating,affecting and evolving relation has formed the pattern that is reciprocal requirement,coordinating side by side and “integration” developing.Whether the culture of a country is developed can find ecpression concretely in the culture national power of integrated national power.The culture national power is the organical part of the integeated national power.The position and function of “culture power” is being strongly displayed increasingly.The culture national power is composed of many elements and strengthened from every aspect.The economy and culture phenomena such as busingess culture,commercial culture,technological culture,financial culture,ecological economy culture,festival culture,culture property and culture market,etc.that appeared in the spring tide of market directed economy since the reform and opening to the outside word in our country have enriched the content of modern economy culture and pushed the culture national power forward.In these new economy culture phenomena the business culture is a very important element of culture national power.With regard to business developing,the culture power is a strong internal moving force.Facing to the new challenge of market competition in the 21st century,enterprises can exist,develop and win victory from beginning to end only by exploitating the business culture power.
