摘要
考察了芳香族磺酰胺与聚丙烯酰胺 (少量 )对尼龙 1 2 1 2力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,加入约 1 0 % (质量分数 )的复合增韧剂可以使尼龙 1 2 1 2达到脆—韧转变。增韧尼龙 1 2 1 2的冲击强度大幅提高 ,断裂伸长率也有提高 ,拉伸强度并未显著降低。尼龙 1 2 1 2的增韧机理是由于增韧剂破坏了尼龙 1 2 1 2分子链间的氢键作用 ,增加了链段运动的能力 ,同时 ,在受到冲击作用时诱发银纹和剪切带 ,提高了韧性。
The mechanical properties of nylon 1212 toughened by a toughening system consisting of sulfonamide and a little polyacrylamide were overall investigated. The results showed that addition of about 10% elasticizer was needed to meet the requirement of brittle toughness transition. After toughened, the impact strength of nylon 1212 was increased remarkably, the elongation was also increased, and tensile strength was not decreased too much. After the elasticizer was added, the -NH 2 in the sulfonamide reacted with the -COOH on the nylon 1212 molecular chain to form hydrogen bond, which took the place of hydrogen bond between nylon 1212 molecules. Because nylon 1212 molecule had long -CH 2- chain of itself, so after the hydrogen bond was broken, the softness of the molecule was greatly improved and the toughness of nylon 1212 was increased. In addition, polyacrylamide induced a lot of silver streaks and shear bands, increasing the impact strength of nylon 1212 greatly.
