摘要
总结了波分复用薄膜干涉窄带滤光片的几种设计方法 ,在此基础上用计算机进行规整系自动设计的方法设计出了 5 0 GHz的滤光片 ,并计算出了它的群延迟。
Several methods are summarized which applied in the design of thin film interference narrow band pass filters used in WDM systems.A new automatic method is presented to design the narrow band pass filters containing 1/4 wavelength thickness and a 50GHz example is presented including its group delay.
