摘要
用优化方法解决离散变量的工程问题 ,可采用惩罚函数法。本文对离散变量惩罚函数法作了改进 ,并应用实例证实了其可行性 。
The optimal method-penalty technique can be used to solve discrete variable project problems. This paper improves discrete variable penalty technique and proves the feasibility of this method. Thus it provides valuable optimal method basis for project optimal problems.
