摘要
研究了木素磺酸钙的氧化磺化等复合改性工艺 ,合成了以木素磺酸钙为主要原料的低成本缓凝高效减水剂GCL1。采用凝胶色谱法及红外光谱法对GCL1的结构特征进行了表征 ,与未改性的木素磺酸钙相比 ,GCL1的磺化度和相对分子质量均增大。水泥净浆性能测试结果表明 ,当GCL1的质量分数为 0 .5 %时 ,减水率可达到 2 1.5 % ,2 8d的抗压强度比达到了 130 % ,同时具有适宜缓凝性 ,其终凝时间小于 2
A low - cost retarded high range water reducing agent GCL 1 was prepared via oxidation and sulfonation modification using calcium lignosulfonate as primary raw material. The sulfonation degree and molecular weight of GCL1 was found increased as compared with that of original lignosulfonate by the method of infrared spectrum analysis and gel chromatography. The testing result of cement properties indicated that when the GCL1 content in cement was 0.5%, its water reducing ratio reached 21.5%, 28 d compressive strength ratio of cement adding GCL1 was 130%, the retarding action of GCL1 was proper, and its final set time was less than 24 h.
