处理炼油厂“三泥”水相的陶瓷微滤膜再生方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用反冲技术和化学清洗对过滤炼油厂“三泥”水相的陶瓷微滤膜进行再生。通过实验研究 ,确定了合适的清洗剂为加酶洗衣粉 ,清洗时间 30min ,清洗剂浓度 8g/L ,清洗时加压力为 0 2MPa,周期为 5min的低压脉冲。同时探讨了反冲对膜通量恢复程度的影响 ,确定了合适的反冲压力为 0 5MPa。 The regeneration method of ceramic micro-filtration membranes fouled by oily wastewater produced from refinery factory which includes chemical cleaning and backpulsing was studied. The experimental results showed that the optimum cleaning agent is powder detergent with enzyme, and the concentration of detergent is 8g/L, washing time of 30min and using low-pressure pulse during chemical washing. The pulse condition is pulsing for 5min at 0 2MPa. The backpulsing is also used to control the membrane fouling during filtration process. The optimum backpulsing pressure is 0 5MPa.
