摘要
结合应用研究现状及试验、计算分析的结果 ,综合分析了适用于多层住宅建筑的异形柱框轻和适用于中、小高层住宅建筑的短肢剪力墙两种住宅结构体系 ,包括体系构成及特点、适用范围、布置原则、楼盖选型、异形柱的轴压比限值等 ,并且提出了与其相适应的结构计算方法和建议 ,可供工程设计应用时参考。
The special shaped column light weight frame structure system suitable for multistory residential buildings and the short leg shear wall structure system suitable for middle or small high rise residential buildings were comprehensively analyzed combined with the present application and research circumstances, tests and calculations results. The analyses included the systems'contents and characters, suitable scopes, layout rules, choices of floor types, the limit values of compression ratio of special shaped columns, and the calculation methods for the structure are developed which are available for engineering designs.
