摘要
地下顶管施工中,掘进机的导向是关键技术之一。本文分析了目前在顶管施工中存在的问题,提出了掘进机机头采用激光导向、电液闭环控制的方案。并通过参数计算、数学建模、计算机仿真证明其控制的有效性。
The guidance of pipe jacking is one of the moat important technologies for the pipe jacking. The existing problem in the working process of pipe jacking is analysed in this paper. And method of head laser guidance, electro - hydraulic close loop control project is put forward. The control effectiveness is verified by parameter calculation, mathematic model establishing and computer emulation.
