摘要 金属带式无级变速器可以显著提高汽车的经济性 ,改善汽车的动力性 ,代表了变速器的发展方向。金属带是它的主要部件。本文论述了金属带式无级变速器的力学分析模型 ,建立了金属环、金属块的力学分析模型 ,后运用相关工具就金属环张力和金属块挤推力进行计算分析 ,得出了重要的结果 。 A metal pushing belt type continuously variable transmission system can improve the economical quality, and dynamical quality of the automobiles, and represent the trend of transmission system. The melt pushing belt is the major part of the transmission system. The article puts forward the force analysis model of the metal pushing belt type continuously variable transmission system, and setup the force analysis model of the metal ring and the metal block. The article uses related tools and gets important results that can be used to design a metal pushing belt type continuously variable transmission system.
