摘要
目的 :通过研究不同天然药物对唾液链球菌生长及产酸的影响 ,为今后筛选出能有效调理口腔菌群生态平衡的药物奠定基础。方法 :选用唾液链球菌 SS 196作为实验菌株。测定川芎、血藤、五倍子等 11种天然药物的最低抑菌浓度 MIC。再以低于 MIC的 4个浓度梯度配制含药的 TPY液体培养基 ,调定其初始 p H为 7.4,接种唾液链球菌 ,厌氧培养后测定其终末 p H。结果 :当药物浓度低于或等于 8.0 0 0 m g/ ml时 ,除槟榔、蜂房、三七外 ,其他药物对唾液链球菌的生长都有一定的抑制作用 ,且以大黄、五倍子和黄芩较强。槟榔、茶多酚、大黄、蜂房、黄芩、三七、五倍子和儿茶对唾液链球菌的产酸具有一定的抑制能力 ,而白芷、川芎和血藤没有明显的抑制能力。结论 :茶多酚、大黄、黄芩、五倍子和儿茶对唾液链球菌的生长和产酸都有一定的抑制作用。
Objective:To study the role of different natura l med icines on the growth and acid production of Streptococcus salivarius,as a pr eparation for screening an effective agent to mediate the balance of oral microl ora Methods:Streptococcus salivarius SS 196 was chosen as the experimental bacterium 11 kinds of medicine,such as Rhizoma Chuanx i ong,Surgentodoxa Cuneata and Galla Chinensis were extracted by means of macerati on,percolation and reflux extraction First the values of MIC of various extract s were measured Then different experimental medium containing various extracts w a s prepared The concentration of the extracts was lower than the MIC of the medi c ine and the initial pH of the medium was 7 4 Then Streptococcus salivarius w as cultured in the medium for 48 h,and finally the rest pH was measured Results:When the concentration of the medicines was lower than or e qual to 8 000 mg/ml,all kinds of medicine except Semen Arecae,Radix Notoginseng and Polistes Mandarinus can inhibit the growth of Streptococcus salivarius e ffectively,especially Radixet Rhizoma Rhei,Galla Chinensis and Radix Scuteilari ae Radixet Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Semen Arecae,Polistes mand a rinus,Tea polyphenols,Radix Notoginseng,Galla Chinensis and Catechu can inhibit the acid production of Streptococcus salivarius effectively,but Radix Scutei lariae,Surgentodoxa Cuneata and Rhizoma Chuanxiong have no preliminary effect on it Conclusion:Tea polyphenols,Radixet Rhizoma Rhei,Radi x Scuteilariae,Galla Chinensis and Catechu can inhibit the growth and the acid pr oduction of Streptococcus salivarius effectively
