摘要
ZG40CrNiMoMnSiRe是一特种耐磨铸钢 ,目前没有成熟的焊接工艺。根据材料可焊性理论 ,通过对ZG40CrNiMoMnSiRe的碳当量、热影响区脆化及冷裂纹、热裂纹分析 ,提出了可行的焊接工艺及焊接质量控制方法 ,经焊缝外观检查、渗油试验及管道系统试验 ,焊接质量达到有关标准要求。同类材料焊接可参考本工艺进行。
ZG40CrNiMoMnSiRe is a kind of abrasion-proof cast-s teel, and there isn 't mature welding technology for this material. According to the theory of metal weldability, the analysis is given about its carbon equivalent, its heat affect ed zone's brittlement, its hot crack, its cold crack and so on, the advisable we lding technology and the control method of welding quality are put forward. Th rough weld visual examination, penetrant inspection and pipe system test, the we lding quality meets the relative standards well. The welding of similar material can also use this technology for reference.
