摘要
对栀子(Gardenia jasminoides)不同部位外植体进行无菌苗的诱导培养,诱导率表现为带腋芽的茎段>顶芽,而叶片则不能被诱导发芽。在继代过程中培养基MS+BA2+NA0.5的继代效果好于培养基MS+KT0.02+NAA1.5。生根培养基1/2MS+IBA0.5+NAA0.1和1/2SH…IBA0.5+NAA0.1均有良好的生根效果。移栽时,基质温度掌握在18-20℃能够保证试管苗有良好的长势。
The different parts of explant of Gardenia jasminoides were made induced culture. Inductive rate presents stem with auxiliary bud>terminal bud, but leaves can't be budded off. In the process of subculture, the subculture effect of culture medium MS+BA 2+NAA 0.5 is better than that of culture medium MS+KT 0.02 +NAA 0.5 . Culture medium of root initiation 12MS+IBA 0.5 +NAA 0.1 and 12SH+IBA 0.5 +NAA 0.1 have better effect. Tube seedlings have good growth under the condition of transplanting. The temperature of culture medium with 18~20?℃ during the process.
