在两个未知参数的加速方程下 ,以MLE渐近方差最小为原则 ,给出了指数分布下、k≥ 3个应力水平、定时截尾、满足条件 (3.3)
This paper presents the optimum plan for the proportion of the test units in a time-constant stress accelerated life test at k≥3 stress levels for an exponential distribution case to minimize the MLE when (4.3) is satisfied,where the accelerated life equation with 2 unknown parameters is involved.
