摘要
采用不连续聚丙烯酰凝胶垂直平板电泳技术 ,分析了猕猴桃 10个品种的酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶。结果表明 ,猕猴桃种内遗传多样性水平较高 ,多态位点比率P >75 % ,等位基因平衡数A为 1.6 7- 2 计算了遗传一致度 ,并据此进行聚类分析 。
Esterase(EST) and peroxidase(POX) from 10 cultivars of Actinidia chinensis planch were studied by using vertical slab polyacrulamide gel electrophoresis.The results indicated that genetic diversity within A.Chinensis were relatively high with the proportion of polymorphic loci(P) beyond 75%,average number of alleles per locus (A) from 1.67 to 2.0.The genetic diversity(Ⅰ) were also investigated in the paper and on the basis of them we made cluster analysis in order to find the relationships among the 10 cultivars.
